Ivey Development has submitted plans for a proposed 43-acre, village-style community at the corner of Hereford Farm Road and Gibbs Road in Evans, Georgia.
And this isn't your typical neighborhood!

The plans include up to 252 residential units across several housing options:
- 25 single-family detached homes
- 65 attached homes
- 42 attached cottages inspired by the popular Amberly style of living
- 120 age-restricted multifamily residences
The community is being designed with the 55+ lifestyle in mind, although not all residential sections are proposed to be age restricted.
